Who we are

Kingkong Cleaning, located at Parijsboulevard 209, 3541 CS Utrecht, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 89901924, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy policy.

Which data we process

We only process the data you provide to us yourself through the forms on this website, by email, phone or WhatsApp. Depending on the form, this concerns:

Quote request: name, company name, email address, phone number, contact preference, postcode and city, and details about the requested service, the property, the frequency, the size, the start date and your comments.

Contact form: name, email address, phone number, subject and message.

Application form: name, email address, phone number, preferred position, motivation and your CV.

Why we process this data

We use your data to contact you, answer your question, prepare a quote and carry out our services. We use application data solely to assess your application and to contact you. We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a (future) agreement or our legitimate interest in handling your request.

How long we keep data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We delete data from quote requests and contact requests that do not lead to an assignment no later than twelve months after the last contact. We delete application data no later than four weeks after the application procedure has ended, unless you give permission to keep it longer. Data we are legally required to keep, such as our accounts, is kept for as long as the law requires.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data and only share it with third parties when this is necessary to provide our services, such as the party that hosts our website and email, or when we are legally required to do so. We make agreements with these parties to protect your data.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. When you use the WhatsApp button or a link to Google Maps, you go to a website of another party; the privacy policy of that party applies on those websites.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unlawful use.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to the processing, have the processing restricted, have your data transferred and withdraw any consent you have given. Send your request to info@kingkongcleaning.nl. We respond within the legal term of one month.
